Cookies
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small files that are stored on the user's computer. Different data can be stored within the cookies. The use of cookies enables us to provide users of this website with more user-friendly services that would not be possible without the setting of cookies.
Temporary cookies, or "session cookies" or "transient cookies", are cookies that are deleted after a user leaves an online offer and closes his browser. In such a cookie, for example, the content of a shopping cart in an online shop or a login status can be stored. Cookies are referred to as "permanent" or "persistent" and remain stored even after the browser is closed. For example, the login status can be saved if users visit it after several days. The interests of the users who are used for range measurement or marketing purposes can also be stored in such a cookie. Third party cookies" are cookies that are offered by providers other than the person responsible for operating the online service (otherwise, if they are only the latter's cookies, this is referred to as "first party cookies").
We may use temporary and permanent cookies and explain this in our privacy policy.
If users do not want cookies to be stored on their computer, they are asked to deactivate the corresponding option in the system settings of their browser. Stored cookies can be deleted in the system settings of your browser. The exclusion of cookies can lead to functional restrictions of this online offer.
Use of Google Analytics (with anonymisation function)
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (following: Google). Google Analytics uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
The operating company of the Google Analytics component is Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
However, due to the activation of IP anonymisation on these web pages, Google will previously shorten your IP address within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to and truncated by Google on servers in the United States. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services to website operators relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.
The purposes of data processing are to evaluate the use of the website and to compile reports on activities on the website. On the basis of the use of the website and the Internet, further associated services are then to be provided. The processing is based on the legitimate interest of the website operator.
You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and Google from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser add-on. Opt-out cookies prevent the future collection of your data when you visit this website. To prevent Universal Analytics from collecting your data across multiple devices, you must opt-out of all systems you use. If you click here, the opt-out cookie will be set: Click here to disable Google Analytics
More information and Google's current privacy policy can be found at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/und at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html . Google Analytics is explained in more detail under this link https://www.google.com/intl/de_en/analytics/.
Target group formation with Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to display ads placed by Google and its partners within our advertising services only to users who have shown an interest in our online services or who have specific characteristics (e.g. interests in specific topics or products determined on the basis of the websites visited) that we transmit to Google (so-called "remarketing" or "Google Analytics Audiences"). With the help of remarketing audiences, we also want to ensure that our ads match the potential interest of users.
Use of Google Remarketing
This website uses the remarketing function of Google Inc. This function is used to present interest-related advertisements to website visitors within the Google advertising network. A so-called "cookie" is stored in the visitor's browser, which makes it possible to recognise the visitor when he or she visits websites that belong to the Google advertising network. On these pages, advertisements can be presented to the visitor which refer to contents which the visitor has previously called up on websites which use the remarketing function of Google.
According to its own information, Google does not collect any personal data during this process. However, if you do not want Google's remarketing function to work, you can always deactivate it by making the appropriate settings at http://www.google.com/settings/ads . Alternatively, you can deactivate the use of cookies for interest-related advertising via the advertising network initiative by following the instructions under http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp.
Use of Google AdWords
This website uses Google AdWords. Google AdWords is an Internet advertising service that allows advertisers to serve ads both in Google's search engine results and on the Google advertising network. Google AdWords allows an advertiser to pre-define keywords that will be used to display an ad in Google's search engine results only when the user uses the search engine to retrieve a keyword relevant search result. In the Google advertising network, the ads are distributed to topic-relevant websites using an automatic algorithm and taking into account the previously defined keywords.
The operating company of the Google AdWords services is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
The purpose of Google AdWords is to promote our website by displaying interest-relevant advertisements on third-party websites and in the search engine results of the Google search engine and by displaying third-party advertisements on our website.
If a data subject reaches our website via a Google advertisement, a so-called conversion cookie is stored by Google on the data subject's information technology system. What cookies are has already been explained above. A conversion cookie loses its validity after thirty days and does not serve to identify the person concerned. If the cookie has not yet expired, the conversion cookie is used to track whether certain subpages, such as the shopping cart of an online shop system, have been accessed on our website. The conversion cookie enables both we and Google to track whether a person who came to our website via an AdWords ad generated sales, i.e. completed or cancelled a purchase.
The data and information collected through the use of the conversion cookie is used by Google to compile visit statistics for our website. These visit statistics are in turn used by us to determine the total number of users who were referred to us via AdWords ads, i.e. to determine the success or failure of the respective AdWords ad and to optimise our AdWords ads for the future. Neither our company nor other Google AdWords advertisers receive information from Google that could be used to identify the person concerned.

The conversion cookie is used to store personal information, such as the websites visited by the person concerned. Accordingly, each time you visit our websites, personal data, including the IP address of the Internet connection used by the person concerned, is transmitted to Google in the United States of America. This personal data is stored by Google in the United States of America. Google may share this personally identifiable information collected through the technical process with third parties.
The person concerned can prevent the setting of cookies by our website, as described above, at any time by means of an appropriate setting of the Internet browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Such a setting of the Internet browser used would also prevent Google from setting a conversion cookie on the information technology system of the person concerned. In addition, a cookie already set by Google AdWords can be deleted at any time via the Internet browser or other software programs.
Furthermore, the person concerned may object to the interest-related advertising by Google. To do this, the data subject must access the link www.google.de/settings/ads from any of the Internet browsers he or she uses and make the desired settings there.
Further information and the valid data protection regulations of Google can be found at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/abgerufen .
Use of Google ReCaptcha
We integrate the function for the recognition of bots, e.g. for entries in online forms ("ReCaptcha") of the provider:

Opt-Out: https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated.

Using YouTube
On some of our websites we embed Youtube videos. Operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection to Youtube servers is established. This will tell Youtube which pages you are visiting. If you are logged in to your Youtube account, Youtube can personally assign your surfing behavior to you. You can prevent this by logging out of your Youtube account beforehand.
If a Youtube video is started, the provider uses cookies which collect information about the user behaviour.
If you have deactivated the saving of cookies for the Google Ad program, you will not have to reckon with such cookies when watching Youtube videos. However, Youtube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you wish to prevent this, you must block the storage of cookies in your browser.
Further information on data protection at "Youtube" can be found in the provider's data protection declaration at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/
